Canned Silkworm Pupa

I got these from my local HMart. They honestly were fine, they didn’t really taste like much other than crunchy and papery. I mixed with some rice and it was decent but not special. I’m just curious if these are regularly eaten in Korea or if they’re more of a novelty item? And if they’re eaten is it usually with something, like rice? Thanks!
