Honey and garlic chicken breasts

Thinned chicken breasts seasened with salt and white pepper, coated in rice flour. I have roasted them in the pan with neutral oil to the moment they started turning brown/gold. Once all pieces were done to ~80% i have placed them back into the pan and added the sauce. The sauce is: Gochujang, doenjang, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, rice vinegar, soya sauce and a splash of water. Within couple of minutes the meat is done while I was pouring the sauce over the meat and till it thickend up. Served with rice and kimchi.

I am not sure if it is traditional KR recipe but it is good homemade meal with what I had in my fridge 🙂
