Back again with another yukgaejang question. I’m going to use this recipe: https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/yukgaejang/comment-page-7 Minus the gosari because it’s expensive.

I’m wondering if I can make this in my 8qt Instant Pot? The picture is showing the beef, onion and dried shitakes that are supposed to boil for 1hr, or an 1hr and 10 minutes until you can shred it.

Basically the meat, onion and shitakes get boiled, taken out, keep 10 cups of stock and cook the other veggies in it, and put the shredded beef and mushrooms back in, then serve.

I’m thinking about pressure cooking the beef section and then the veggie section. Basically following the recipe but pressure cooking instead of boiling. Thoughts?
