We were at a korean restaurant and they made the most delicious fish cake side dish. The server said it was “fish and flour”, and they bought it somewhere and made the dressing themselves. It was served cold. It had a smooth, soft and midly firm texture so it could hold its shape. We have an H-mart here and I’d love to find it, or something close! submitted by /u/wwydinthismess |
