Ingredients: 300g thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin) 1/4 onion (sliced) 2 spring onions 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp sesame seeds Marinade: 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp mirin (or rice wine) 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp grated pear or apple Black pepper Instructions: 1. Mix all marinade ingredients. 2. Add beef and onion. Marinate for 30 mins. 3. Stir-fry in a pan over medium-high heat. 4. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Tip: Tastes best grilled or stir-fried. Serve with rice and lettuce wraps.
