What are your K-pop related work out routines?

I wanted to create a post where we could share k-pop related habits or routines when exercising. I’m the type of person that needs some visual distraction (listening to the music is not enough!) so I have a few go-to choices apart from watching mvs (which I found can get repetitive over time) * Artist Stage Compilation (usually pick an artist and find a compilation of their live stages/comebacks) * Studio Choom/1theKillPo/& similar content * Playlist of live stages from different artists (I usually watch the ones from a playlist I created) * If I’m feeling adventurous, I’ll watch on of those ‘top __ songs of 20xx’ or a stage programming that aired in the past
