In 2018, while I was in Busan, we were trying with friends all the local smaller restaurants. It was taste heaven for us, but one particular dish still haunts me in dreams. Soup that is seen on the photo was so rich on flavour, it had beef, cabbage and many more ingredients I probably can’t name or don’t remember, but it was a little spicy. I just need to try it again, if not in Busan – at least I would love getting recipe to recreate it myself 😭 If it helps, restaurant was in the same district where Pukyong University is. submitted by /u/falconvibes |
