How do you eat Dakdoritang?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I saw a recipe online and am just curious of the methods of consumption?

Do you eat it with your hands? Or do add pieces of chicken to each bite of rice, maybe dipping your spoon into the broth along the way?

Help a brother out cause I really want to make this at home. Lol. Also, any particular Banchans that go well with the dish?
