Hi r/koreafood, I recently visited a black pork BBQ restaurant in Jeju, and alongside the usual salt and grilled meat they served a small metal cup of this thick, reddish-brown paste. It wasn’t the sauce that was on the grill. Does anyone know what this sauce is called and what its main ingredients are? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
