I have a bunch of questions about the CJ Korean BBQ Sauce for Kalbi bottle. I bought two bottles of CJ Korean BBQ Sauce for Kalbi and three packs of 3.5lb short ribs from Costco (see pictures). I followed the instructions on the sauce bottle that say, ‘Marinate 3 lbs of short ribs with 1 cup CJ Korean BBQ sauce for an hour or longer.’ After coating and marinating 10.5 lbs of short ribs, I used up one entire bottle and then 1/4 cup from the second bottle. I put the marinated ribs in two plastic Tupperware containers with lids. They are well coated and are not swimming in the sauce at all. I’m wondering if that’s fine? Should they be fully submerged in the sauce? Thanks for your help and patience with my noob questions. 🙂 submitted by /u/CopyDapper |
