Maybe it’s a stupid questions but you know how 쟁반국수 or some 막국수 are served and then you have to mix it yourself with a glove right, I was just wondering why doesn’t the waiter does it ? I am wondering if it’s linked to some sort of traditions or is it for aesthetic reasons, to serve the pretty plate of noodles and vegetables and give the customer an experience?
