Is there a connection between the Japanese dish Champon/chanpon and the Korean/Chinese dish jjambbong ?

Both are noodle based dishes with a lot of meat and veggies. However, the Japanese Chanpon is a non spicy, pork based dish, and the Korean jjambbong is a spicy, seafood based dish.

Do they have a common origin? Does their name have a common root meaning?
