Not a fan of Riize but I looked up their live performances and honestly they’re not bad at all. They have good performances but just like other kpop groups they also have bad days.
For real I could name a couple of other popular groups who have had performances I would consider unimpressive but they don’t get this kind of treatment. I also don’t want to name names but you know there are those other boy groups who rely more on high energy performances but when they sing melodic songs live, they’re actually just mid.. like honestly.. but I still respect their fans so I don’t comment on their vocals😅
Give them a break. Those kids have been through a lot already.
As an outsider, I actually feel like there must be something, most likely another label, who’s targeting them cuz they haven’t had a break with issues since their debut. Like when they were new people were so amazed by Wonbin’s visuals and Shotaro’s dancing and Sohee’s singing. And they got really good comments on their encores. But now suddenly people keep looking for things to complain about them. I feel like some force is trying to stop them from going big and it’s disturbing to me.
As someone who’s not invested in them, I’m making this post simply cuz I hate seeing malicious forces triumph. Not being heroic or anything, it’s just really awful to witness.
Also, to the SM stans. Please minimize bragging about SM vocals cuz it sometimes feels like you’re looking down on other labels and that only attracts hate. You can be proud of your idols vocals but constantly implying SM have the best vocals is honestly annoying.
