I’m so proud for what the girls have achieved solo and excited for what’s to come. I am so thankful for each solo release we got up until now,and I can’t wait since we still have two members left. Each member participated in the writing of their albums and the visuals/aesthetics have all been amazing.
We got Jisoo’s album last friday which I loved,I’m so happy she’s confident enough to dance while singing live and I absolutely loved the visuals and choreography she showed us. Im so proud of her for being confident enough to sing full english songs too. I’m also loving her recent fun interview answers and I’m so mad at YG for keeping that side of her away from us.
Moving on to Jennie,I loved zen & mantra,the visuals and meaning behind the songs are beautiful. I can’t wait to see rapper jennie with doechiii and the next level visuals they’ll bring to the table. Her album tracklist also sounds exciting,I can’t wait to see what she’ll give us when she’s in full control of her album direction. I hope she has more songs like zen and mantra since I didn’t enjoy love hangover as much as the other two but looking at her release this week,I’m sure I’ll love it.
Rosé is such a good lyricist and I’m so happy she showed us this side of her,her success has been astonishing and that’s just the beginning of her journey. Her music videos have also been amazing,my all time favourite is definitely toxic till the end. I also don’t expect her to try contemporary dancing to her song number one girl,I was taken aback but the whole performance was art. The most successful kpop soloist,what else is there to say? Everything she released has been straight up art.
Lisa’s songs have all been exceeding my expectations,rockstar,new woman,moonlit floor and born again all in one album? Someone wake me up from my dream because adding all those tracks in one album is so crazy. She also reached a new peak on the Hot 100 chart so give my girl an applause(no.68 but deserves higher tbh) She also has the highest song debut of this year(not just kpop) and I fear the song hasn’t even reached its peak. Her other single will probably be released along with her album so can’t wait for her to outdo herself once again(no.1 on billboard charts,maybe..?) I wanna to see more of rapper Lisa though so I hope she’s gonna rap more this album🤞
I can’t wait for their group comeback that will be released in a few months for the tour,I also can’t believe they will perform at sofi stadium and wembley stadium,pretty sure they will become the first kpop group to sell both stadiums out. I wish they toured at these stadiums for their Born Pink tour too since but I don’t know why YG held them back from it,it’s not like they wouldn’t sell out. I’m extremely proud and excited although I doubt I’ll be able to attend.
