I don’t think Lsf is having a downfall at all and think that, that concept is completely absurd.
However, there has been some buzz about lsf having a downfall ever since the EASY era. The Coachella hate train coupled with people’s dislike for the song really turned the public opinion on Lsf.
Then came Crazy and it seemed everyone liked it. Crazy also charted on Billboard Hot 100 and had relatively high album sales and streams.
Now, after the HOT era, it seems everyone is hating on Lsf and claiming they’re having their downfall. People keep claiming Payola for their streams. People also keep comparing the view to like ratio on YouTube as proof of their “downfall”. This coupled with the fact they didnt chart past the top 10 on mel0n and had a decrease in album sales made everything worse.
I don’t know when or why YouTube likes were used as proof of a groups impact. Also, Number 10 on mel0n is impressive considering mel0n is the hardest to chart on.
I think people’s view of success has been distorted by the bigger groups out there. I also think people just don’t like Lsf all too much.
