this is gonna sound stupid: is there anyway to get the flavour of gochujang without the spice

i love gochujang, i mix it with everything, rice, instant noodles, veggies, literally anything edible, it is literally my kechup. but my sister has the taste pallet of a small child, the littlest spec of pepper will actually send her into a coma ( i once seasoned her alfredo with pepper and she refused to finish it because it was too spicy )

i hate her childish fussy eating but i really do love cooking for her and i would love to cook her some of the things i really love while adjusting for her 5 year old pallet, so thanks in advance
