Just wanted to let this off my mind—Disclaimer: This is just a reminder based on my observations, and I hope it’s taken in a positive way.
Supporting our idols is something we all love to do, but lately I’ve been thinking about the pressure some fans may feel to spend money on gifts, merch, voting for ads, and other things to show their love. While it’s amazing to see so much dedication, I believe our idols value our support in all forms—not just financial. They appreciate our time, our kindness, and our energy just as much as any material thing. Let’s remember that true fan support is about the connection we have with them, not how much we spend or how many votes we cast.
Fans also have real lives, and it’s important to enjoy being a fan without feeling pressured or stretched too thin. Let’s also remember to take care of ourselves, be mature fans, and avoid engaging in or inciting fan wars. It’s important to reflect positivity, as our actions can reflect on the artists and the group.
