Rainy-day comfort food: Korean soybean sprout soup with tofu 🌧️🍲

It’s been raining since I left work yesterday, so I made something warm and simple — a Korean soybean sprout soup with tofu and egg.
This is one of those soups that feels like home. It’s light, comforting, and easy to make even after a long day.
I actually used leftover tofu and bean sprouts that were about to expire, so this dinner cost me almost nothing.
A bowl of hot soup, steamed rice, and some roasted seaweed — that’s all I needed tonight. 🌧️🥢
