This makes me a little crazy specifically because if you know, when johnnys was a thing, it was an unspoken rule that the only groups that could cover the company’s songs were junior groups. (Basically the trainees of that company) and chila idols (idols that are even lower then nugu level in kpop terms) so seeing kpop groups cover Cinderella Girl and Ubu love is crazy to me! I mean these too are THE JPOP IDOL SONG so it really makes since they would cover them especially in a japan concert.
I do love both covers but I also like both groups already, so it was nice to see. I like the cinderella girl cover the most. They really took that preformance seriously and for a song like that, i was almost expecting a K-Pop group to do that song as a joke, but evnne did it justice.
I do think it’s a bit crazy that tempest official posted that cover themselves but it is smart to get views.
Tbh it makes me want to see more. I would love to see a kpop group cover friuts zipper. I think stayc could do it justice!
Anyways, if you are into both k-pop and j-pop I wanna know what your thoughts on it, but also if you’re just in the K-Pop, send me some of your best covers kpop artist have done of jpop idol groups
