K-pop copyright on fan content is getting ridicolous

About a month ago i made a Drama-aespa remix and posted it on YouTube, since i really liked it i decided to push it on streaming services. Since the distro i was using approved the release i thought everything was fine. When the release finally got pushed i found out that it got posted to aespa’s streaming services, that obviously wasn’t the case, so i got in contact with support to sort things out. In the meanwhile, i got a notice from SmTown to take down the song before march 7th, i tried contacting them back asking if there was a way to still keep it up on my streaming services, otherwise i would’ve gladly took it down. No response, and my distro account was taken down with no notice making me lose money too.

Today i wake up to my remix being taken down on YouTube too, what’s the reason for this? People who reposted my remix didn’t get my video taken down, and i still see many remixes of the same song going around, so why only me?

This is just discouraging from a creative stand point to be honest, i’m thinking about quitting making fan-content about k-pop
