Coupang Inc., South Korea’s largest e-commerce platform, announced on Tuesday that it opened a dedicated website for sellers (sell.coupang.com) interested in Rocket Growth.
Rocket Growth, which Coupang launched in March last year, is a one-stop service that provides comprehensive fulfillment services, including storage, packaging, inventory management, shipping, and returns, once small- and medium-sized sellers stock their products.
Coupang has included various content on the dedicated site, such as the Rocket Growth system, registration methods, step-by-step guides, expert tips, educational materials, and video lectures.
In particular, the fee guide page allows users to check detailed costs, including sales commissions, inbound and outbound shipping fees, and warehouse storage fees.
“The Rocket Growth website is user-friendly, making it easy for novice sellers to register and sell products,” a Coupang source said.
