Can you make juk from leftover multigrain rice?

I made way too much 10-grain rice and I want to use up the leftovers before they go to waste. I’m guessing it’ll take much longer than plain rice to cook down properly. So what do you all think—will it juk? And if the answer is no, what should I do instead?
