UAP (Drones not moving) north facing Sokcho. Looked through binoculars, they are very bright lights suspended in the air. Not crane lights as it is not in the direction of known cranes and are not flashing like crane lights, Not on a moutain as i can see the mountains as it looks darker then the sky.
